STEPS TO JOIN THE TRIP

1) FILL OUT a simple form

You’ll find it on any of the buttons available throughout the page.

2) TAKE THE SPANISH LEVEL TEST available throughout this page.

This will help me create a travel group that matches your level.

3) I personally read and review each form and test

This helps me get to know you a little better

4) Once reviewed, I’ll contact you via WhatsApp

to arrange a phone call at a time that suits you best.

5) The goal of the call is to get to know each other better

We’ll have a relaxed chat — I’ll ask you a few questions, and you can ask me anything you’d like. Together, we’ll figure out whether this trip I’m proposing is truly what you’re looking for right now or not.

6) After the call, if everything feels right for both of us — and only after the call — I’ll explain how to RESERVE your spot and join the group.

I’ll also let you know the planned payment schedule and how all the travel expenses will be managed. (It’s not necessary to pay the total trip cost upfront.)

TOTAL TRIP BUDGET

Here is a detailed overview of the expenses you can expect for the trip if you decide to join the group.

It is important to note that you will not incur any costs until you complete the form, have a conversation with us, meet in person, and jointly determine if joining the group is the right choice for you.

To provide clarity regarding the budget, it is consistently organized into three distinct categories.

My services: this includes the design and creation of the experience, forming a group of people with similar interests, tastes, and Spanish proficiency, guidance and support before and during the trip, challenges and activities focused on learning Spanish and personal development, and a greater awareness of the trip and Spanish culture.

Travel-related expenses: accommodation, meals, activities, transportation, national park entrance fees…

International  flights: Once our group is ready, we’ll pick a specific day and time to book our international flights — all together!

First things first — we’ll start with a call to get to know each other.
We’ll chat a bit, see if this adventure feels like your kind of vibe, and make sure it’s the perfect match for you.

I’ll break down each of the three sections above in more detail — with their costs (some estimated) — so everything’s crystal clear before we dive in.

My Services: 620 Euros

If we both agree you’re meant to join the group, then (and only then!) you’ll secure your spot with a 150€ deposit.
The remaining balance — up to 470€ total — will be due once the group is confirmed, or at the latest two months before departure.

What`s included in this adventure:

  • Full design and creation of this unique Spanish-learning + travel experience.

  • Complete planning and logistics: accommodations, transport, routes — everything!

  • A carefully selected group of travelers who share your spirit and curiosity.

  • Group dynamics and activities to make sure this is way more than just a trip.

  • Personal guidance, support, and advice before and during your journey.

  • Pre-trip challenges to help you get ready and start connecting with the culture.

  • Your trip leader (that’s me!) traveling alongside the group from start to finish.

  • A private group chat to meet your fellow adventurers and build excitement before take-off.

  • A couple of fun online meetups before we go — to break the ice and get the energy flowing.

  • Civil Liability Insurance (note: travel insurance is separate, but I’ll help you sort it out).

  • And yes… a few nice surprises along the way.

Travel Expenses during the trip: 1000-1300 Euros

These are the estimated costs you’ll have once we’re at the destination.

You won’t need to pay them to me in advance.

Instead, you’ll pay each expense directly to the local providers, following my guidance along the way.

The approximate breakdown is as follows:

  • 🏠 Accommodation with breakfast: around €600

  • 🚐 Local transportation: about €200

  • 🎟️ Activities and entrance fees: around €150

  • 🩺 Travel insurance: approximately €78

  • 🍽️ Extras such as meals, drinks, and souvenirs are not included — these will depend on your personal preferences and choices.

During the trip, we’ll use a mix of private and public transport, depending on the route and accessibility.

You’ll stay in shared accommodations with breakfast included, and we’ll enjoy several cultural and adventure activities throughout the experience.

Remember:
These costs are paid directly to the local providers, not to me.
This way, your money goes straight to the communities and people who make this journey possible.

Flights— the first step of the adventure

Once our group is ready, we’ll pick a specific day and time to book our international flights — all together!

That way, we can share the excitement from the very start and make sure we get the best deal possible.

No matter where you’re flying from, I’ll be there to help you find the perfect option.

You won’t be sending that money to me — you’ll simply book directly with the airline or through the platform I recommend, paying safely with your own card.

And don’t worry — I’ve got your back!
If it’s your first time or you just want some extra guidance, I’ll send you a short video tutorial showing exactly how to book your ticket, step by step.

Because hey — this is all part of the adventure!
The journey doesn’t start when we land… it starts the moment you click “Book flight.” 🛫
